Tris Pharma, Inc. is a leading privately-owned US biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative medicines in ADHD, spectrum disorders, anxiety, pain and addiction, addressing unmet patient needs. The company holds over 150 US and International patents and markets several branded ADHD products in the US, with products also licensed in the US and ex-US markets. Tris Pharma has a robust pipeline of innovative products employing proprietary science and technology across neuroscience and other therapeutic categories.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pre-formulation samples and formulation batches as instructed and supervised
  • Perform physical tests as instructed and supervised
  • Set up, run, and clean simple PD equipment per SOPs and department requirements
  • Document all processes and results in appropriate laboratory notebook or records in a timely fashion as required by SOPs
  • Routinely inspect PD equipment and instruments and inform supervisor of any malfunction or breakdown
  • Clean and organize PD lab and processing areas on a regular basis
  • Adhere to cGMPs and current Good Documentation Practices (cGDPs)
  • Perform other lab-related supporting activities as needed

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
  • 0–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical formulation laboratory, manufacturing department, and/or pilot plant in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Strong record-keeping ability
  • Knowledge of science and simple pharmaceutical process equipment setup and operations
  • Capable of maintaining clean and organized working areas
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay

Anticipated salary range: $60,000 to $85,000 per year. Base salary is contingent on assessment of the candidate’s education and experience level relative to position requirements and a review of related industry standards and internal equity.
