About the role
This role is a full-time associate position within a two-year rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience leveraging new technology while building product management skills in two distinct roles over two years
- Develop leadership skills in the professional setting through meaningful interaction with product leaders
- Leverage data and customer insights to understand customer and business problems, make strategic business decisions, and lead high functioning tech teams to implement solutions
- Participate in Experiential education weeks focused on leadership development, challenging strategic problem-solving exercises, and extensive networking activities
- Partner with other product managers to ship, scale, and improve products that delight our customers and position our company for substantial growth
- Own the success and life cycle of features for your product/platform, setting its strategy and driving prioritization decisions toward improvements
- Collaborate with internal partners to rally your team to deliver your vision while participating in relevant governance and risk forums and building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Engage with your network of developers, designers, analysts, data scientists, customers and other subject-matter experts and leverage them to build cutting-edge products
Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2027 or earlier
- Demonstrated interest and experience in product management, software delivery, data science, software engineering, or leveraging software to solve customer and business problems
- PREFERRED MAJORS: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other related majors
