Product Development Marketing Manager

This is a freelance to full-time role or direct hire for the right candidate, requiring 5 days/week on site in West LA (no flexibility).

About the Role

The ideal candidate will come from a product development/project management background and will have experience within the cosmetics/beauty space. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This role is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Help with market research and consumer testing
• Organize and create necessary reports and materials
• Route creative for approval through a multitude of channels

Requirements

• 3+ years marketing experience, ideally within the beauty/cosmetics industry
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills and highly detail oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word + Excel)
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
• Physically located in and able to perform the work in the United States
