Job Title: Product Development Lab Technician Location: Bridgewater, NJ Work Model: Onsite Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00/hr Type: 3-month contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent ResponsibilitiesPreparation of adhesives and adhesive additives for productionPerform Quality Control TestingTesting of adhesivesEvaluate, collect and record dataParticipates in organizing and performing experiments using established procedures while summarizing and reporting results in a electronic laboratory notebookUses a computer to enter data/information including charts and tables for communication of project results/detailscalibration and equipment maintenanceTests performance characteristics of substrates using established proceduresLab maintenance RequirementsAssociate’s or Bachelor's degree in a technical field3 years (or more) of demonstrated laboratory experienceComputer literate in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to understand and follow experimental protocols for preservation of dataComfortable and able to work with hazard chemicals while following safe laboratory practices/protocolsThe ability to stand while working in the laboratory throughout most of the day System One, and its subsidiaries including Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
