Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional crop demonstrations and field trials.
• Coordinate with farmers for trial implementation and crop evaluation.
• Maintain crop performance, transplanting, and agronomic practices.
• Collect field data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Support product evaluation, product launches, and technical demonstrations.
• Travel extensively across Western Uttar Pradesh and Haryana for field activities.

Desired Skills

• Strong knowledge of vegetable crop cultivation and agronomy.
• Experience in field trials and crop evaluation.
• Good communication and farmer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, smartphones, and digital reporting tools.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. Horticulture, B.Sc. Botany, Diploma in Agriculture and Diploma in Horticulture
