Product Development Engineer/Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and direction to the product owner and scrum team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop crisp product and feature scope documents that can be used to drive product specifications and architecture, ensuring a clear understanding of product objectives and priorities for the product owner and development team.
• Work with the product owner to prepare and prioritize the product backlog to ensure efficient workflow and alignment with the product vision and business value.
• Keep clients and collaborators informed on product status and lead product release plans, setting expectations for new functionalities.
• Research market trends, user needs, and competitors to inform product requirements; define and drive business strategies based on comprehensive analysis.
• Work alongside hardware and software teams, manage customer experience trade-offs, and proactively resolve issues to deliver quality products on time.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Masters preferred.
