Product Development Engineer
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly documentation.
- Design and implement production and test fixtures, tooling, and equipment.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for improved quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance testing and inspection procedures.
- Perform product and value engineering to improve design and performance.
- Manage prototype builds, including scheduling, testing, and issue documentation.
- Identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues, such as fit and alignment, and drive necessary corrections.
- Support production startup and ensure smooth transfer of engineering information to manufacturing.
- Evaluate manufacturing methods and recommend process and tooling improvements.
- Prepare operation sheets outlining assembly sequences and time standards.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Experience in process validation and history files management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $62.50/hr.
