About the role

Stoney Clover Lane is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Development Associate to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing the product development lifecycle from tech-pack to Purchase Order (PO), ensuring that products meet design intent, quality standards, and launch timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end product development process for assigned categories
  • Collaborate closely with design, sourcing, production, technical design, collabs, and vendors to translate ideas into executable products
  • Own and maintain development calendars with the Product Development Coordinator and track key milestones to ensure on-time development and approvals
  • Communicate daily with global vendors to monitor sample status, negotiate lead-times, and resolve development issues
  • Support production and sourcing by working collaboratively to achieve target costs
  • Maintain and update product line plan (development tracker) and basic Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Attend cross-functional meetings, capture and distribute meeting notes and actions
  • Partner with tech and production team to ensure products meet required quality and compliance standards
  • Develop new packaging with nominated supplier

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in product development or sourcing
  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion or business
  • Experience working with overseas vendors and knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Netsuite, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong follow-through and accountability
  • Proven ability to build and scale teams and processes
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence
