About the role

Product Developers at SharkNinja own the entire New Product Development (NPD) process from concept to shelf for the Shark and Ninja brands. This role involves delivering best-in-class product development thinking, governance, and process to execute the program portfolio flawlessly. As an individual contributor, you will lead cross-functional teams in a general manager capacity, driving timelines and resources to develop, manufacture, and launch products with speed, efficiency, and 5-star quality. You will act as the glue holding teams together, ensuring risks are mitigated and deliverables are completed on time while operating with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to bring products to market, managing risks and schedules.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure go-to-market strategies deliver high sales rates.
• Accountable for all program elements, from product ideation to end-of-life.
• Use KPIs and data to drive decision-making across teams.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track progress.
• Spot and address resource or knowledge gaps to support business needs.
• Act as a conduit for global information, supporting local teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering or business management field (highly desired).
• 2+ years of direct product development experience, preferably in new product development or program management (consumer goods industry strongly preferred).
• Assertive, confident, and capable of leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, with experience addressing C-suite, peers, suppliers, and customers.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and a bias toward action and accountability.
• Intermediate/working skills in MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• High energy, positive attitude, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable presenting to large groups, including executive management.

Pay

Annual salary range: $65,600—$95,000 USD.
