About the role

Product Developers at SharkNinja own the entire New Product Development (NPD) process from concept to shelf for the Shark and Ninja brands. In this role, you will act as a general manager, leading cross-functional teams to develop, manufacture, and bring products to market with speed, efficiency, and 5-star quality. You will be responsible for driving timelines, managing risks, and ensuring high sales performance while maintaining a focus on scope, cost, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to bring products to market, managing risks and schedules.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure go-to-market strategies deliver high sales rates.
• Accountable for all program elements, from product ideation to end-of-life.
• Use KPIs and data to drive decision-making across teams.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track progress.
• Spot and address resource and knowledge gaps to ensure program success.
• Act as a conduit for global information, supporting local teams and the broader business.
• Escalate scope creep, cost risks, and schedule slips to senior management while driving resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering or business management field (highly desired).
• 2+ years of direct product development or program management experience (consumer goods industry strongly preferred).
• Assertive, confident, and capable of leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, with experience addressing C-suite, peers, suppliers, and customers.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with a bias toward action and accountability.
• Intermediate/working skills in MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• High energy, positive attitude, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable presenting to large groups, including executive management.

Pay

Annual salary range: $65,600—$95,000 USD.
