Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Support the product development team by coordinating day-to-day activities across design, merchandising, planning, and sourcing partners.
• Compile, track, and analyze style costs while identifying and flagging discrepancies for review.
• Help manage sampling workflows, including concept sample tracking and follow-up with mills and vendors to support timely delivery.
• Maintain time and action calendars to help ensure key deadlines and milestones are met.
• Communicate regularly with overseas sourcing teams to keep projects moving smoothly and on time.
• Auxiliary in related processes and systems that support product development operations.

Skills

• Experience supporting product development, apparel, or a related cross-functional operations team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented approach to cost tracking, data review, and issue identification.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across functions and with global teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
