What You Will Work On

  • Create and maintain tech packs and digital prototypes
  • Review prototypes and samples
  • Provide clear technical feedback to support fit, quality, and manufacturability
  • Help guide products through key gates and calendar milestones to ensure on-time production readiness

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in apparel design, textile science, or a related field (or additional relevant product creation experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of technical design experience in the apparel industry
  • Strong understanding of the apparel development process from concept through production, including construction, materials, costing, manufacturing, and quality
  • Proven experience owning individual styles end-to-end in a seasonal development environment
  • Strong technical expertise in apparel construction, fit standards, textiles, trims, and graphics
  • Experience interpreting design intent and offering practical technical solutions
  • Hands-on experience writing product specifications and construction instructions
  • Experience partnering with vendors to improve fit, quality, and manufacturability
  • Able to manage multiple styles and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and experience using CAD pattern and 3D tools (e.g., Optitex, CLO, Browzwear or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
