Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Developer for its Irving, Texas location. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

About the role

Lead strategic and tactical credit data initiatives for Wholesale Lending, working closely with business lines, technology, and functional areas as relates to transaction booking. Assist with the development of new products and/or features, including business cases, requirements definition (BRDs), product enhancements, innovation, and feature/functionality definition based on market research, industry trends, and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Work across the end-to-end product development lifecycle, scoping product releases, agreeing to and tracking business priorities, and incorporating regulatory, compliance, and investment requirements.
  • Identify new strategic priorities within the Credit Decisioning Management product set and drive the strategic goals of the program.
  • Balance short-term goals and strategic objectives with the user community and stakeholders.
  • Conceptualize, plan, prioritize, and coordinate design and delivery of products or features to product release.
  • Devise processes and solutions that mitigate risks and improve controls.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of communication with stakeholders, users, functional support, and technologists.
  • Prototype solutions, develop business requirements, and iterate with development as necessary.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to delivering tactical and strategic solutions.

Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, IT Product Manager, Technology Solutions Delivery Manager, Business Data Analyst, SQL Data Analyst, BI Developer, or related position developing IT products for banking applications. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.

Qualifications

2 years of experience must include:

  • Credit data initiatives, management, decisioning, and risk assessment.
  • Product planning and lifecycle management.
  • Institutional lending and credit workflows.
  • Creating user training and change management strategies.
  • System design and data architecture.
  • Process design.
  • Product Management, Product Strategy and Execution, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Agile Methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel.

Pay

Wage range: $204,500 to $215,400. In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
