Support the development and refinement of Private Brand assortments by managing product details and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Daily work includes organizing specifications, tracking samples, and partnering across teams to ensure products meet expectations.
Responsibilities
- Organizing specifications, tracking samples, and partnering across teams to ensure products meet expectations
- Collaborating on timelines, supporting artwork approvals, and helping resolve issues that arise throughout development
- Refreshing assortments, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to elevate product performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- 3+ years of related work experience required
- 2+ years of product development experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt positively to change in a fast‑paced environment
- Working knowledge of Flex PLM and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Work Style And Physical Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Up to 5% domestic and international travel, including overnight stays required
Regular in-office attendance is required

Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
