Responsibilities

• Accountable for all product development activities for assigned brand and/or categories.
• Manage product development timelines and deliverables.
• Order samples, route audits, and approve/reject samples (fit, design, and raw materials).
• Serve as the primary contact for Merchandise and Sourcing Product Development on changes needed to existing products.
• Make decisions regarding fabric, color, findings, and fit, as defined by the Merchandise partner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data in PLM and other systems throughout the process.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for cross-functional meetings and project updates.
• Conduct all sample activities, including initiation, tracking, approvals, and communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure calendar adherence and flag potential delays or issues to the Manager and Brand Team.
• Support cost tracking and documentation for new and existing products.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with ISO documentation and compliance activities as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the broader Product Development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel, Product Development, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in product development, sourcing, or related apparel industry roles.
• Knowledge of garment and fabric construction preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PLM systems is a plus.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
• Travel expected to support Supply Chain partners and product activities.
