What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end product design: strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual execution.
• Utilize the latest design toolsets and AI-assisted generation to accelerate prototyping and ideation.
• Build and maintain scalable, programmatic design systems that engineers can adopt effortlessly.
• Advocate for the user in every technical discussion, ensuring architectural decisions never compromise the UX.
• Continuously elevate the craft of the entire firm through critique, exploration, and market awareness.

Nice to Have

• The ability to write production-ready CSS or interactive prototypes in code.
