Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients and users to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and needs to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from discovery to delivery, sitting side by side throughout the process.
- Develop prototypes and wireframes to create shared understanding and gather early feedback before development.
- Leverage analytics tools (such as Amplitude) to analyze user behavior, track feature adoption, and inform design decisions.
- Conduct usability testing, iterate on designs, and proactively seek insights to refine and improve solutions.
- Use feedback and data to drive decisions.
- Help define and shape the right solutions for the most impactful problems.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Product design.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
- Strong skills in Figma or similar prototyping tools, with a focus on interaction design.
- Comfort with data and analytics tools to drive design decisions and learn from user behavior.
- A talent and eye for visual detail in layout, typography, motion, and behavior.
