About the role
The ideal candidate is a strong maker who's comfortable with ambiguity at the feature level, communicates design decisions clearly, and is energized by complex, data-rich problems. There's meaningful potential for this contract to convert to a full-time position for the right fit.

- Apply and extend our existing design system rather than build it from scratch
- Lead user research and usability testing; translate findings into design improvements
- Develop a working understanding of our biopharma customers' workflows and pain points

- Strong communication and storytelling; able to articulate and defend design decisions
- Experience contributing to user research and usability testing
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple efforts at once
