- Collaborate day-to-day with Product Management, Engineering and Science to build intuitive, elegant user experiences
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that meet our standards for quality and consistency
- Apply and extend our existing design system rather than build it from scratch

- Develop a working understanding of our biopharma customers' workflows and pain points
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing strong interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving
- Experience designing complex workflows or analytic tools (data visualization experience is a strong plus)
- Fluent working within an existing design system
- Expert in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Strong communication and storytelling; able to articulate and defend design decisions
- Experience contributing to user research and usability testing
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple efforts at once
- Exposure to 0→1 product work is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare, biopharma, or clinical trials is a plus, not required
