Product Designer (8+ YOE)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Product Designer (8+ Yoe) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft exceptional user experiences by leveraging your product design skills
• Contribute to the company's vision by shaping product direction and features
• Build and prototype in code to validate interactions and design concepts

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio
• Experience with AI, SaaS, or zero-to-one projects is a plus
• Proficient in prototyping and exploration across various mediums
• Ability to tackle ambiguous and complex design challenges
• Curiosity about emerging tools and software creation trends
• Collaborative mindset aimed at enhancing team performance

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $224,000 – $317,200 annually
