Product Delivery Manager

About the role

Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation within Identity Access Management (IAM) in the Chief Technology office. You will work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers, creating solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. As a core leader, you will innovate new product offerings, guide the end-to-end product life cycle, and act as the voice of the customer to develop profitable products that provide customer value.

In this role, you will define the product vision, drive strategy, and oversee the delivery of secure, scalable, and user-friendly IAM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers high value to customers with modern technology.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
• Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
• Advocate for seamless and secure customer experiences, balancing usability with robust security.
• Drive product health reviews and metric reporting around platform performance, adoption, and incident.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in data product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
• Experience in Databricks or Data warehouse / Lakehouse platforms.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
