Product Coordinator, Youthsports, Games and Toys

What You Will Do

This is a new position for our growing product team. The Product Coordinator, Youthsports, Games and Toys supports a fast-paced, high-volume department within our organization. This role will primarily assist the Director, Product Management serving as a key liaison across multiple internal teams and external partners with assigned duties.

• Support all aspects of product line development, including data creation, vendor communication, sample management, documentation, and database maintenance
• Learn and manage internal systems (Art Tracker, Smart Track, PIM, Salsify) to ensure accuracy in reporting and data entry
• Maintain, organize, and properly store sample inventory within the warehouse
• Coordinate across sales, forecasting, planning, and overseas vendors to ensure programs are executed accurately and on time
• Assist with writing product descriptions and marketing copy
• Support sales initiatives, including preparation for key account presentations

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally with focus in marketing, product development, project management or other related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in product management

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $57,000 – $63,000 annually, which is what we reasonably expect to offer when filling the position. Your actual offer will depend on things like your experience, skills, and what you bring to the team. We also want to share with you our benefits at a glance:
