Games Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven, and collaborative Games Coordinator to join our Digital Games Studio team remotely. As a Games Coordinator, you will act as the key liaison between the Digital Games Studio, third-party game providers, and the Lottery. You will support the strategic execution of the games roadmap, coordinates game delivery and releases, manages documentation and communications, tracks issues, and ensures initiatives align with responsible gambling standards. What We Offer Competitive compensationProfit sharing program – every role plays a part in our success!Company pension & 401KHealth & Extended BenefitsOpportunities for professional developmentTuition reimbursementEmployee & Family Assistance ProgramRemote Work Environment What You'll Do Coordinate and track game documentation, assets, and requirements to support roadmap delivery and launch schedules.Manage reviews of game materials from internal teams and third-party providers to ensure accuracy and compliance with Lottery requirements.Facilitate meetings and communications between Lottery stakeholders and game providers.Support third-party partners in meeting Lottery standards and requirements.Maintain game requirements, project documentation, and release readiness.Coordinate QA and UAT activities, track issues, and ensure quality, security, and regulatory requirements are met before release.Partner with Product, Project, and Technical Delivery teams to monitor progress and communicate updates.Provide game performance insights, portfolio analysis, and industry benchmarking to support roadmap planning.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop game release roadmaps and maintain a balanced, revenue-generating game portfolio.Promote responsible gambling principles across the game portfolio. Who You Are Highly organized and detail-orientedA strong communicator who keeps multiple teams informed and alignedComfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable and a quick learnerProactive in your approach with an ability to own and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyEqually comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience coordinating digital content launches, product operations, or similar initiatives.Experience supporting QA and UAT testing cycles.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar workflow and project management tools.Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is an asset.Strong workflow coordination, organization, and project tracking skills.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Knowledge of lottery, casino, or digital gaming products is preferred.
