Product Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of kW Engineering's software products.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between executive leadership, software development, deployment, engineering, and customer teams.
  • Contribute to product planning activities by coordinating efforts that support product priorities and long-term business objectives.
  • Capture and coordinate customer feedback, enhancement requests, and product backlog information to support future product enhancements.
  • Coordinate product meetings, action items, and communication across teams to help keep product initiatives moving forward.
  • Facilitate customer demonstrations, pilot programs, and customer engagement activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product coordination, documentation, and business processes as the product and customer base continue to grow.

Customer & Product Support

  • Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation activities, and pilot projects by working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain tracking for product opportunities, demonstrations, pilot programs, and customer follow-up activities.
  • Support customer onboarding, external access provisioning, legal review processes, and contract documentation workflows.
  • Maintain product documentation, customer-facing materials, sales collateral, and other product resources to ensure information remains accurate and current.

Business Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and status updates for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Support product budget tracking, invoicing, financial reporting, and forecasting activities.
  • Cook up vendor purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Maintain organized product records while handling confidential customer, financial, product, and business information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in product coordination, program coordination, software implementation, business support, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS products, software implementations, or technology organizations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across technical, business, and customer-facing teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or similar collaboration and business management platforms.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and business documentation.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, invoicing, financial reporting, or similar business processes.
  • Ability to learn new software, systems, and technologies quickly.
  • Experience supporting software products or technology organizations is preferred.
