Job Responsibilities
- Aid with the month-end close and preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Generate, consolidate, and analyze daily, monthly, and annual P&L results; conduct insightful variance analysis.
- Create and maintain balance sheet substantiations and support reconciliations (e.g., accruals, deferred revenue, intercompany).
- Prepare detailed analytical reports for business managers and senior finance leaders.
- Collaborate across finance, operations, and technology to establish and enforce robust controls and support new business initiatives.
- Coordinate with front- and back-office teams to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and promptly.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and special analyses in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, or Accounting.
- Demonstrated experience with P&L reporting and month-end close processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and strong general ledger knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a controls-first mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliations, modeling).
- Team-oriented, collaborative approach.

- Connects the dots across tasks and analyses to broader Frosch Travel operations and reporting.
- Experience with data tools (e.g., PowerQuery, basic SQL, or visualization tools) is a plus.
