Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute product and brand messaging for launches, systems, and core Signature Solar differentiators
- Create internal communications that support sales enablement, including product summaries, FAQs, and talk tracks
- Build and manage content for AI driven search platforms such as ChatGPT and Google, including educational content and structured answers
- Create and optimize product pages, landing pages, and supporting website content
- Identify content gaps across AI, product, and customer education and take ownership of filling them
- Create FAQs, guides, and educational content that align with how customers search and how AI platforms retrieve answers
- Create content that positions Signature Solar as the leading source for solar education, products, and system design
- Work with product, sales, marketing, and ecommerce teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned
- Maintain organized content across internal and external channels, ensuring clarity and accessibility
- Develop and coordinate supporting content when needed to support messaging and content initiatives
- Measure content effectiveness and improve performance based on data and feedback
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in content, product marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, structured content
- Experience developing product, educational, or FAQ style content
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear explanations
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience creating or experimenting with structured content designed to answer questions or support AI generated responses
- Strong interest in AI driven search with demonstrated initiative in exploring how platforms such as ChatGPT and Google surface content
- Ability to think in terms of questions, answers, and content structure rather than traditional marketing assets
- Experience working with cross functional teams such as product, sales, or marketing
- Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and content strategy preferred
