About the role

As a Technology Consultant 2, you will contribute to various phases of the software development lifecycle, focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided.
  • Facilitate software application design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team toward building software solutions.
  • Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability.
  • Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase, and maintain code repositories.
  • Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
  • Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications.
  • Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
  • Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects.
  • Act as the delegated Product Owner for Agentic AI initiatives, owning and managing the product backlog for AI agent solutions.
  • Prioritize features, user stories, and technical enablers based on business value.
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Lead implementation of autonomous and human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
  • Define business processes suitable for AI agent automation.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify AI transformation opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and value realization metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles.
  • Establish human approval and escalation mechanisms where required.
  • Drive continuous improvement through user feedback and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities for increased automation and optimization.

Requirements

  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
  • Knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
  • Proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining applications.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and perform software integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
