Product Consultant

About the role

We’re Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments. We move money and information millions of times a day, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers. As a Product Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in understanding, promoting, and enhancing our products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product development teams to understand the functionality and features of new and existing products
• Work closely with clients and internal partners to troubleshoot, research, and resolve product inquiries and impacting issues on client’s use of Fiserv products
• Take a “Client First” approach by providing consultative servicing to meet client and company objectives
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients and internal partners
• Act as a subject matter expert on our products during client interactions, demonstrations, and training sessions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation
• Develop and deliver product presentations, training materials, and documentation for both internal and external teams

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 6-10 years of account management experience
• 4-5 years of Fiserv experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with coaching skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Knowledge of Fiserv systems (PCF, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules, 3270)
• Experience and knowledge of technical methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
• Proven experience in a product consultant or similar role within the technology or software industry

• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
