Product Compliance Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Advises product teams on regulatory, payment, and partner compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborates with Legal and Risk teams to streamline compliance requirements and give strategic recommendations.
• Conducts risk assessments to validate control effectiveness for products and features.
• Affords regulatory exams and partner diligence requests as required.
• Maintains compliance policies to align product innovation with regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services, especially in product compliance or regulatory roles, ideally in fintech.
• Deep knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and sanctions programs, focusing on KYC/KYB and transaction monitoring.
• Understanding of U.S. and international compliance for money movement and digital assets.
• Experience collaborating with tech teams to drive system design focused on automation.
• Prioritizes building compliance programs in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration across various departments.
