Key Responsibilities
- Certify and register products across direct sales regions.
- Define and maintain baseline certification plans and templates for programs.
- Ensure CM-owned schedules are aligned to certification requirements.
- Track submission status, approvals, renewals, and required actions.
- Highlight risks to certification timing and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate certification-related activities across Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Sales.
- Align stakeholders on required inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work with teams to resolve gaps between program timelines and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in program coordination, product development, or related roles from internships/co-op experiences.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Clear and structured communication skills.
- Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Ability to operate within defined processes and escalate gaps or risks appropriately.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with product certification or regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with compliance tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence).
- Exposure to global product development or launch processes.
- Familiarity with leveraging digital tools (e.g., AI-enabled tools, data tracking, or automation) to improve visibility, tracking, and efficiency in program execution.
Success Profile
- Keep certification activities organized, visible, and on track.
- Proactively surface timing risks and gaps between compliance and program schedules, and escalate early when issues cannot be resolved within defined processes.
- Enable smooth and predictable product approvals across regions.
- Reduce dependency on senior SMEs for coordination work.
Compensation
The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Framingham, Massachusetts is: $68,100-$93,600.
The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
