Product Compliance Manager

About the role

Echodyne is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to join our fast-growing team. Our high-performance radars work in all weather and are designed for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft & drones, and security of borders, critical infrastructure, and smart cities. The company combines the patented technology of metamaterials with powerful software to create a radar sensor with unprecedented performance at commercial price points.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, security, and product teams to help the organization meet software compliance and product security requirements.
• Support compliance initiatives related to vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, secure development evidence, and release-readiness artifacts.
• Help define, document, and improve software-focused controls, processes, and evidence needed for audits, customer reviews, and internal assessments.
• Work with security and engineering teams to align the software development lifecycle with compliance obligations and documented control requirements.
• Monitor compliance gaps in software delivery practices and drive follow-up actions to support ongoing readiness.

Requirements

• Experience supporting software compliance, product security compliance, or engineering-focused governance programs.
• Familiarity with vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, SDLC controls, and audit evidence collection.
• Ability to interpret compliance requirements and translate them into actionable engineering controls or process improvements.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Desired Skills / Experience

• Experience with software-relevant compliance frameworks or customer security requirements.
• Experience working with engineering teams to operationalize compliance controls in development and release processes.
• Familiarity with application security, secure development practices, or software assurance concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple compliance efforts and deadlines at the same time.

Pay

The expected annual salary range for this role is $137,196—$205,382 USD.
