About the role

EAM-Mosca Corp., a market leader in end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions, seeks a Product/ Business Development, Senior Analyst to join their Field Service Department in Hazle Township, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Support Aftermarket Service and parts sales by identifying opportunities for revenue growth through additional service offerings and upselling strategies.
  • Develop and expand the aftermarket ONE Service offerings by monitoring and analyzing market trends and our customers' needs in the service sector.
  • Plan and implement new service offerings, as well as aftermarket parts sales to improve existing service processes and service offerings.
  • Interface responsibility between various departments: Sales, Service, Parts, and Marketing.
  • Analyze and prepare proposals for the introduction and optimization of new service processes; aftermarket parts sales and future support implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in the service area.
  • Execute and comment on benchmarking analyses to determine best practices in the service sector.
  • Develop customer feedback processes for continuous improvement of service offerings.
  • Participate in industry-related trade fairs and conferences for networking and further training.

Requirements

Must have a Mechanical Engineering background or extensive Field Service experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Experience with Business systems such as Power BI, AS400, Salesforce, and Microsoft Suite is required. Public Speaking ability is needed, along with understanding basic Mechanical processes and procedures. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

Must be a US citizen or permanent resident. Must be able to meet the eligibility requirements for federal contractors.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Salaried Non-Exempt.
