The Product and Partnerships Industrial Placement is designed to develop our next generation of product leaders – curious thinkers, data explorers and customer‑first creators who can turn insight into innovation. Responsibilities
- Gain experience in Product & Platform – learn how products and propositions are developed, managed and delivered; work on customer journeys, digital experiences and platform innovation across saving, borrowing, money management and planning for the future.
- Work on Strategic Partnerships – collaborate with major partners to shape propositions, manage relationships and support safe, sustainable and customer‑focused delivery.
- Explore customer behaviour and use insight to improve products, propositions and experiences.
- Help design simpler, more connected journeys that support customers to manage their money, borrow, save and plan for the future.
- Contribute to cross‑team projects that deliver visible change for customers and the business.
