Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic Manufacturing and Industrial accounts with responsibility for revenue growth, client retention, and account profitability.
- Develop and execute multi-year account growth strategies aligned with client business priorities and transformation agendas.
- Drive expansion of Data, Analytics, AI, services across existing accounts.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across business units, functions, geographies, and operating divisions.
- Increase wallet share by expanding relationships with existing stakeholders and establishing new executive-level connections within client organizations.
- Partner with clients to define strategic roadmaps and identify opportunities where Tredence can deliver measurable business value.
- Lead account planning, opportunity prioritization, and pipeline management activities.
- Drive renewals, contract expansions, MSA enhancements, and multi-year strategic engagements.
Executive Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and senior business and technology leaders.
- Act as the executive sponsor for assigned clients and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with client leadership teams.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation and ensure effective resolution of business and delivery concerns.
- Foster long-term partnerships that position Tredence as a preferred strategic transformation partner.
Customer Success & Delivery Alignment
- Collaborate closely with delivery leaders to ensure successful execution of ongoing engagements.
- Ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes and realize value from Tredence's solutions and services.
- Monitor account health, risks, opportunities, and client sentiment to proactively address challenges.
- Support governance, strategic reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across accounts.
- Champion customer success and advocate for client needs internally.
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader on Data, Analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation within Manufacturing and Industrial enterprises.
- Bring industry insights, emerging AI use cases, and innovation-led recommendations to executive client discussions.
- Collaborate across practices, delivery organizations, and partner ecosystems to bring the full breadth of Tredence capabilities to clients.
- Mentor account teams on account growth, stakeholder management, and value-based selling.
- Partner with marketing and alliances teams to support executive forums, customer events, thought leadership initiatives, and industry conferences.
- Drive strategic account governance and executive sponsorship programs.
