Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story prioritization.
- Break down epics into actionable user stories and ensure requirements are well-defined.
- Create future-state process flows and recommend process improvements.
- Cookordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
- Work with development and QA teams to resolve defects and clarify requirements.
- Support system integrations and enterprise application enhancements involving CRM and ERP platforms.
- Assist with product releases, change management, and user adoption activities.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a product-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and epic/story decomposition.
- Strong Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, And Process Mapping Skills.
- Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of business requirements.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (preferred), SAP, or Workday.
- Familiarity with system integrations and cross-functional business processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash business processes, including pipeline management, contracting, risk management, and invoicing.
- Experience with process automation initiatives.
- Understanding of change management and user adoption best practices.
- Experience supporting federal or government business environments.
