PRODUCT ANALYST

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story prioritization.
• Break down epics into actionable user stories and ensure requirements are well-defined.
• Create future-state process flows and recommend process improvements.
• Cookordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
• Work with development and QA teams to resolve defects and clarify requirements.
• Support system integrations and enterprise application enhancements involving CRM and ERP platforms.
• Assist with product releases, change management, and user adoption activities.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a product-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and epic/story decomposition.
• Strong Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, And Process Mapping Skills.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of business requirements.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (preferred), SAP, or Workday.
• Familiarity with system integrations and cross-functional business processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash business processes, including pipeline management, contracting, risk management, and invoicing.
• Experience with process automation initiatives.
• Understanding of change management and user adoption best practices.
• Experience supporting federal or government business environments.
