Product Analyst
This role operates within a Brazilian travel-tech company focused on the distribution of tourism products, travel e-commerce, partner support, and technology-enabled booking operations. The Product Analyst’s distinct contribution is ensuring data and reporting reliability through product-focused analysis.
About the role
The Product Analyst maintains product-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, reconciles official travel role documentation with status tracking, coordinates data validation with deadline management, reviews documentation with reporting, and enforces document quality control with workflow management. Every checkpoint must leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
Decisions must reflect the operating environment of Brazilian travel-tech: confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions must remain visibly separate. The role-specific handoff test combines data accuracy, reporting, and the official travel workflow context; if these signals are not current, the work remains open.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring traceability and ownership of data.
- Reconcile official travel role documentation with status tracking, leaving a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate data validation with deadline management, surfacing repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.
- Review documentation with reporting to ensure compliance and clarity in the context of Brazilian travel-tech operations.
- Enforce document quality control and workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and errors are addressed promptly.
Requirements
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a product-focused analysis workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions so reasoning remains clear.
- Use judgment around follow-up, especially when analysis depends on outside confirmation rather than assumption.
- Confidently use the official travel workflow context and data analysis to support Brazilian travel-tech operations.
