About the role
We're looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to support SLA monitoring and tracking, provider expansion, and automation initiatives. This role owns operational workflows end-to-end with a strong emphasis on metrics, tracking, and identifying where processes are off track. This individual will partner closely with product, integrations, and engineering to move work from manual support toward scalable automation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor SLAs and operational performance across multiple product workflows, flagging misses or anomalies as they emerge
- Investigate root causes behind performance issues and process breakdowns
- Build and maintain actionable reporting and dashboards that surface where processes are on or off track
- Own operational workflows end-to-end, with clear visibility into status, bottlenecks, and outcomes
- Help drive the full lifecycle of new provider/connection work, including intake, data mapping, cross-team coordination, parallel run support, and handoff toward automation
- Partner closely with product, integrations, engineering, and operations teams to identify opportunities to move workflows from manual support to scalable automation
- Communicate progress, blockers, and risks clearly to stakeholders across functions
- Independently run with ambiguous or evolving problems, owning ongoing processes without heavy oversight
- Set a high bar for execution, both in terms of quality and speed
- Drive follow-through on initiatives from identification through resolution
Requirements
- Data-driven, analytical, and operationally minded, with a track record of using metrics to identify and resolve process issues
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving processes where the path isn't always fully defined
- Strong reporting and analytics skills, with experience building and interpreting operational metrics
- Proven experience handling structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON, etc.)
- Comfortable working in process-heavy, operational environments with multiple moving parts
- Able to independently manage and set clear deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong written communication skills and ability to clearly document processes so they can be optimized over time
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple parties and building relationships both internally and externally
- Able to independently manage and set clear deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects
- Comfortable working with SQL to locate the right data sources, join tables, and build dashboards you can verify and trust — 1+ years of experience working across multiple datasets preferred
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation
- 2–4 years of experience in business operations, product operations, business/data analysis, or a related analytical role at a financial, tech, or fintech company
Qualifications
- Familiarity working with payroll/HR systems or retirement
- Experience in a technical support, product operations, or business analyst role — preferably with an API-based or hyper-process-oriented product
- Experience building dashboards and tracking metrics in tools like Sigma
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses
- Comfortable digging through logs (e.g., Datadog) to help investigate operational or technical issues
