Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and leadership to understand business needs, workflow challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual work, and opportunities for automation.
- Gather, document, and translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and solution concepts.
- Support the development, enhancement, and internal adoption of company products and tools used to improve how teams operate.
- Help develop and implement lightweight internal tools, prototypes, automations, and workflow solutions to address business needs.
- Build and maintain automated processes that reduce manual effort, improve information flow, and increase operational efficiency.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on solutions that require platform, integration, or development support.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools and identify practical opportunities to improve internal operations and productivity.
- Test, refine, document, and monitor implemented solutions to ensure they are effective and adopted by internal teams.
- Measure the impact of product, process, and workflow improvements through efficiency gains, reduced manual effort, adoption, and other business outcomes.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Product Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in solutions architecture, product analysis, business analysis, product operations, systems analysis, or a related technical/business role required.
- Experience translating business needs into technical or product solutions required.
- Experience with workflow automation, system implementation, internal tooling, or solution design highly preferred.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and implement solutions highly preferred.
- Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment highly preferred.
- Experience working in a startup or scaling organization is highly desirable.
