Producer & Studio Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own logistics, scheduling, and call sheets for studio and lifestyle shoots
  • Serve as day-of producer on set, keeping shoots on schedule and running smoothly
  • Organize the monthly PDP shoot list and build the shot deck with the Art Director and freelance stylists
  • Manage the image priorities list, ensuring we’ve shot what’s needed to support launches
  • Order, track, and check in photo samples; communicate status across the team
  • Keep sample organization systems current
  • Manage the photoshoot prop inventory and keep the online prop database up to date
  • Manage photo studio product inventory: keep it organized and tidy, return older product to the warehouse, and ensure current styles are on hand in a range of sizes
  • Organize and pack products for lifestyle photoshoots, keeping looks organized
  • Design & marketing support: Act as design pinch hitter on email builds as needed
  • Schedule email campaigns and check links before send

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in photo production, studio management, or a related operations role — apparel or eCommerce experience preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple shoots, samples, and deadlines at once
  • Experience building call sheets and producing photoshoots (studio and/or on-location)
  • Strong communicator who can coordinate across Art Direction, stylists, photographers, and the warehouse team
  • Basic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) — a plus for email pinch-hitting
  • Experience working with tools such as Shopify, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Asana
  • A genuine interest in fashion and natural materials — bonus if you already know why merino wool is the best fabric on earth
  • Ability to lift and move product/prop boxes and stand for shoot days
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; role requires travel to scout locations and transport product/talent to shoots
