We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about iHeartMedia, then "What We Need", "What You'll Do", "What You'll Need", "What You'll Bring", "Compensation", "Location", "Position Type", "Time Type", "Pay Type", "Benefits". We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph describing iHeartMedia and the role? The posting includes a big intro about iHeartMedia, then "What We Need", "What You'll Do", etc. The "About the role" could be the initial description before "What We Need". We'll include that as

About the role

with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: corresponds to "What You'll Do". Use

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - Requirements: maybe "What You'll Need". Use

    Requirements

with list. - Qualifications: maybe "What You'll Bring"? Actually "What You'll Bring" duplicates some of What You'll Need and responsibilities. Could treat as Qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We must include all content. If we have overlapping content, we need to include it but not duplicate? The posting repeats some items in "What You'll Bring" that are same as earlier. We need to preserve all substantive information; we could include them but maybe combine? However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we could keep duplicates as they are in the source. But we should not create filler sections. We could have a section "Qualifications" containing the "What You'll Bring" list (which overlaps). That's okay. - Skills: maybe not explicitly present; we could omit if no specific skills section. The posting includes skills within requirements etc. But we should not create a Skills section unless posting actually states them. There's no explicit "Skills" heading. So we omit Skills. - Benefits: we have Benefits section. Use

    Benefits

with list. - Pay: we have Compensation with salary range $25.00 - $31.25. Also Pay Type: Hourly. So we can include Pay section with that info. - Schedule: we have Position Type: Regular, Time Type: Full time. So we can include Schedule section with those. We must not include Job ID etc. Also remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Remove lines like "iHeartMedia Markets Current employees and contingent workers click here to apply and search by the Job Posting Title." Also remove "We are accepting applications for this role on an ongoing basis." etc. Also remove EEO paragraph. We must preserve all substantive information: the intro about iHeartMedia, the "What We Need", "What You'll Do", "What You'll Need", "What You'll Bring", Compensation, Location, Position Type, Time Type, Pay Type, Benefits. We need to format as HTML fragment only. Let's extract content. Intro paragraph(s): "iHeartMedia Markets Current employees and contingent workers click here to apply and search by the Job Posting Title." That's boilerplate navigation; remove. "The audio revolution is here – and iHeart is leading it! iHeartMedia, the number one audio company in America, reaches 90% of Americans every month -- a monthly audience that’s twice the size of any other audio company – almost three times the size of the largest TV network – and almost 4 times the size of the largest ad-supported music streaming service. In fact, we have: More #1 rated markets than the next two largest radio companies combined; We’re the largest podcast publisher, with more monthly downloads than the second- and third-largest podcast publishers combined. Podcasting, the fastest-growing new media, today has more monthly users than streaming music services or Netflix;iHeart is the home of many of the country’s most popular and trusted on-air personalities and podcast influencers, who build important connections with hundreds of communities across America; We create and produce some of the most popular and well-known branded live music events in America, including the iHeartRadio Music Festival, the iHeartRadio Music Awards, the iHeartCountry Festival, iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina and the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour;iHeartRadio is the #1 streaming radio digital service in America; Our social media footprint is 7 times larger than the next largest audio service; andWe have the only complete audio ad technology stack in the industry for all forms of audio, from on demand to broadcast radio, digital streaming radio and podcasting, which bring data, targeting and attribution to all forms of audio at an unparalleled scale. As a result, we’re able to combine our strong leadership position in audience reach, usage and ad tech with powerful tools and insights for our sales organizations to help them build success for their clients at a more efficient cost than any other option. Because we reach almost every community in America, we’re committed to providing a range of programming that reflects the diversity of the many communities we serve – and our company reflects that same kind of diversity. Our company values stress collaboration, curiosity, welcoming dissent, accepting mistakes in the pursuit of new ideas, and respect for everyone. Only one company in America has the #1 position in everything audio: iHeartMedia! If you’re excited about this role but don’t feel your experience aligns perfectly with the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. At iHeartMedia we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace and are looking for teammates passionate about what we do!" We need to keep that as About the role. Now "What We Need:" list: - Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return - Ability to perform work and resolve straightforward problems within established procedures with moderate supervision - Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems - Close attention to detail, following up until issues are resolved - Solid written and verbal communication skills That's What We Need. Could be considered Requirements? But we have separate Requirements heading for "What You'll Need". We'll follow mapping: What We Need -> Requirements? Actually the instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to these headings. Likely: - About the role: intro. - Responsibilities: What You'll Do. - Requirements: What You'll Need. - Qualifications: What You'll Bring (maybe). - Skills: maybe not present; we could omit. - Benefits: Benefits. - Pay: Compensation + Pay Type. - Schedule: Position Type + Time Type. We also have Location; where to put? Could be part of About the role? Or maybe include as a paragraph under About the role? The instruction: do not repeat job title as heading; we can include location as a paragraph within About the role or maybe a separate section? There's no heading for Location. We could include it in About the role as a paragraph. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can add a

with location details. Similarly, we have "Compensation: Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $25.00 - $31.25". Also "Pay Type: Hourly". So Pay section will include that. Now we need to strip out boilerplate: "We are accepting applications for this role on an ongoing basis." Remove. Also EEO paragraph. Also "Click here to learn about E-Verify." Remove. Also "Non-Compete will be required for certain positions and as allowed by law." Remove? That's maybe boilerplate but it's substantive? It's about non-compete; could be considered part of job posting but maybe not required. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Non-compete might be legal; but it's not EEO. Might be considered legal boilerplate; safer to remove. Also "Our organization participates in E-Verify." Remove. Now we need to output HTML. Let's craft:
