Audacy is seeking a dynamic and engaging Broadcast On Air Personality to join our team in New York. This role is responsible for delivering compelling on-air content, connecting with the audience, and representing the station's brand across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Host live on-air shifts with energy, authenticity, and creativity
• Engage listeners through interactive segments, call-ins, and social media
• Prepare and research show content, interviews, and timely topics
• Participate in station promotions, events, and community appearances
• Collaborate with production staff to produce high-quality audio content
• Maintain a strong presence on digital and social platforms to extend brand reach

Qualifications

• Proven on-air experience in a major market or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication and improvisational skills
• Deep knowledge of music, pop culture, and current events relevant to the format
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong social media and digital content creation skills
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
