Role Summary
Bring a production lens to early ideation to unlock bold, scalable ideas and to navigate trade-offs between speed, cost, craft, partners, formats and output. Work directly with internal agency partners as the production voice to assess project feasibility and approach, identifying risks, efficiencies, and executional opportunities. Own end-to-end production for 360 campaigns by building budgets with talent locations, schedule, and post considerations in mind, with budgets ranging from $100k-$500k+. Ability to lead in hands-on production bidding, and step in as a line producer, when required. Crew up projects by sourcing and managing required production personnel such as directors, DPs, photographers, production and/or experiential partners, post production professionals, etc. Highly effective communicator across all departments with understanding of what each respective team needs to be successful. Bring proven track record and experience of executing flawless production plans across film, social, digital, print, experiential/ events, post production, podcasts, DOOH/OOH, PR, custom fabrication of influencer kits and more. Serve as the client-facing production lead within the fully developed agency team assigned to your campaign. This role requires you to be a strong team member. Confirm trafficking, versioning, and metadata across internal pipelines and agency deliverables. Work closely with Business Affairs to review concepts, talent agreements, usage terms and other vendor and legal contracts.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in advertising production, with a background in bidding, budgeting, and managing complex productions
- Working Knowledge: Working knowledge of union and non union considerations
- Travel: Expected to travel as needed for productions, which may include evenings and weekends
- Collaborative Communicator: Collaborative communicator with the ability to manage pressure and extremely tight deadlines
- Proven Experience: Proven experience and relationships in experiential, event-based activation, live-streaming, OOH/DOOH
- Experience with Line Production: Experience with line production on live-action shoots
- Experience with Post Workflow: Experience with post workflow and software (Adobe Creative cloud)
- Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge across production through post, understanding what it actually takes on the ground to make the work, not just setting the parameters for execution
- Emerging AI Tools: Experience with emerging AI tools and integration into standard production is a plus
Exact Compensation
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 USD
