A Department Manager leads and supports a team to ensure stores are clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to serve customers daily. Responsibilities include overseeing merchandising, inventory management, product quality, receiving shipments, and customer service. The role focuses on developing the team, achieving business goals, and building strong customer relationships while making a meaningful impact on associates, customers, and the community.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $21.40 per hour. Starting rates may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements but will not be less than the local minimum wage.
