What you'll do...

• Be a Techie: Use digital tools for sales, improve shopping experiences, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate decisions.
• Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
