Your positive attitude and excellent customer service make a significant difference in enhancing the shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
- Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
- Work in other areas as needed to track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Understand and prepare produce according to established standards.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
- Drive the performance of the area by utilizing digital tools and managing inventory.
- Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies, data, and resources.
- Participate in company-sponsored education programs.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass a background check.
- Must comply with company drug-free workplace policy.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00* with additional compensation in the form of premiums. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
