Your positive attitude, excellent customer service, and ability to adapt to different work scenarios will make a significant impact.

What you'll do...

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.

  • Ensure a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

  • Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.

  • Manage inventory to avoid out-of-stock and overstock products.

Be a Team Member

  • Understand and adhere to quality standards for produce merchandise.

  • Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.

  • Work in other areas as needed to support the business.

Be an Expert

  • Prepare produce items according to established standards.

  • Follow company sanitation guidelines and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Be a Techie

  • Leverage digital tools to make immediate business decisions.

  • Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.

Be an Owner

  • Drive the performance of the area by using digital tools.

  • Stock and rotate department products to maintain quality and date control standards.

  • Eliminate waste and guide peers.

  • Assist customers according to company policies and procedures.

Be a Talent Ambassador

  • Model high-quality service and products, valuing the member's experience.

  • Execute the basics at the highest possible level of quality.

  • Exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

Comply with Company Policies

  • Implement related action plans and use the Open Door Policy.

  • Apply these principles in executing business processes and practices.

Complete Work Assignments

  • Use policies, data, and resources to carry out tasks.

  • Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.

  • Determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
