Position Summary
Our members value quality and freshness in their produce purchases. As a produce team member, you play a crucial role in ensuring that members and their families enjoy fresh, affordable produce. Your positive attitude, excellent customer service, and ability to adapt to different scenarios are key to enhancing the shopping experience.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Stay updated on products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and assist in other areas as needed.
- Be an Expert: Understand produce quality processes and specifications, prepare products according to standards, and follow sanitation guidelines.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to improve sales, shopping experiences, and associate engagement, and adapt to new tools.
- Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, and address customer needs.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and execute the basics at the highest level.
- Comply with company policies and standards, and complete work assignments and priorities.
