What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
• Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards, adhere to safety guidelines, and follow relevant laws and regulations.
• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld technology for immediate decision-making.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and exhibit enthusiasm and commitment.
• Comply with company policies and standards, complete work assignments, and adapt to changes.

Pay & Benefits

• The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $25.00*
• Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
