What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure the area is clean and ready for members.
Receive and stock merchandise efficiently.
Manage inventory to avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations.
Lead by example and drive the performance of the area.
Drive sales and improve the shopping experience using digital tools.
Eliminate waste and ensure quality and date control standards.
Model high-quality service and products, and exhibit energy and commitment.
Comply with company policies and procedures, and apply them in daily operations.
Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using available resources.
Adapt to changes, difficulties, and feedback, and learn from them.
