Position Summary

Your positive attitude and excellent customer service are key to enhancing the shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
• Work in other areas as needed, tracking goods, maintaining in-stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
• Understand and prepare produce merchandise according to established standards.
• Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
• Drive the performance of the area by utilizing digital tools and adhering to quality and date control standards.
• Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
